Bouldering 101 Class

Bouldering 101 class is geared toward those who:

  • Are new to climbing
  • Have tried climbing in the past and can use a refresher on technique
  • Are interested in hearing about other basic strength training to help them climb stronger
  • Want to meet a few fellow climbers and staff in the gym

Bouldering 201 Class

Want to take your climbing beyond the basics? This 4-week class (8 total hourly sessions) provides instruction in movements that can be applied on boulders to move more efficiently. The use of matching, compound movements, counterbalance, and sequencing are introduced so students can begin to explore movement patterns in climbing.

Strength & Conditioning

This class incorporates high intensity, rigorous training in a full-body workout to build cardiovascular strength, improve mobility, and enhance muscular tone and endurance.
