An outdoor trip, led by a professional instructor from Kaf Adventures, is the perfect opportunity to take your climbing outside the wooden walls of the climbing gym. Whether you’re a beginner outdoor climber, or are looking to broaden your skillset, Kaf has a course to meet you where you are.
Each month, they offer climbing courses at Oregon’s crown jewel for outdoor rock climbing: Smith Rock State Park. These weekend courses follow a progression, so you’re able to join the course that matches your skill-set. The progression includes 4 single-day courses; Outdoor Beginner Rock Climbing, Sport Lead Climbing, Trad Fundamentals, and Trad Lead Climbing. Then it finishes with 2 weekend-long courses; Multi-Pitch Climbing and Rock Rescue.
They also offer the first ever online sport climbing course: The Ultimate Sport Climbing Course. It’s a great way to familiarize yourself with skills, knots, and techniques used in climbing, but from the comfort of your own home.
