We believe in supporting climbers of all ages, and participating in USA Climbing sanctioned comps is one way to do that. It gives climbers across the local community and region an opportunity to train and compete, and it is a chance for other climbers to give back as they volunteer or spectate and cheer for that next generation of climbers at events.
Youth climbers compete in Qualifying Events like the one we’re hosting, and those that rank high enough at the end of the season (December) will move on to Regionals, and potentially Divisional and National level competitions as well.
